David Heverin has been with Encompix for 16 years with extensive experience in the implementation of Manufacturing and Financial software ranging from closed loop, distribution, financial and ERP systems. He has proven expertise in project management with successful implementation of software in diverse organizations ranging from large ($500 Million) to small ($5 Million) corporations. Responsibilities include managing client project team members in the utilization of various ERP software with primary emphasis in re-engineering procedures and providing professional advice in relation to manufacturing practices. Duties include coordination of efforts in financial, manufacturing and engineering areas with client personnel in both an implementation and consulting basis. Responsibilities also include management of design and development of any required modifications to the software.
