Cuong has been with Aptean for a little over 6 years. Cuong graduated with a Computer Science degree and has been a software developer for over 10+ years in areas of telecommunication and defense. Cuong started at Aptean as a Customization Analyst helping customers customize Intuitive ERP. Cuong was later brought over to Made2Manage ERP after the conversion from FoxPro to .NET with the release of version 7.00.

Current responsibilities includes working with customers on Made2Manage upgrades, environment setup, configurations, investigate and troubleshoot technical issues.
